Job Title: UK Sales Manager (Business Development Manager)

Location: United Kingdom (Remote and Travel Required)

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Commission + Benefits

We're hiring a dynamic UK Sales Manager to propel our client's growth in the UK telecommunications sector. This role involves strategic planning, relationship building, and consultative selling to large businesses.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategies: As a UK Sales Manager, you will develop comprehensive strategies to penetrate new markets and fortify our clients UK presence. Identify business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their needs. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and maximising UK sales through distributor collaboration. Sales and Revenue Generation: Exceed sales targets by promoting products to large businesses. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and secure long-term partnerships. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyse industry trends to enhance product offerings. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Provide insights to improve products and services based on client feedback. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and manage the UK sales and marketing plan. Prepare regular reports, analysing sales data to identify patterns and assess performance. Qualifications:

Proven B2B sales track record in the telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of telecom products, technologies, and market trends. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Previous experience building long-term client relationships with large businesses. Valid UK driving license is essential.
