Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Directly lead the sales team, carry out 1:1's and annual appraisals & carry out the necessary coaching & training sessionsIdentify individual training/up-skill needs within the team through day to day observationsGet stuck in by leading by example and sell the product this makes up less than half of the roleWhat we are looking for:
