What's involved?

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for analysing local market trends, competitor activities as well as negotiate room rates/packages whilst preparing company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions. You will be expected to attend sales events as required as well as recruit, manage, train and develop a small team.

As Sales Manager you will have proven proactive and reactive sales experience within the London market. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients as well as have excellent negotiation skills. A familiarity with ONQ would be advantageous but training can be provided and the flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events is essential.
