THE JOB:
- Leading a team of six salespeople, you will motivate and train them to achieve targets from both existing and new customers.
- New business leads are generated with assistance from the marketing manager and SEO manager.
- Industry events in the UK, Europe and the United States are also a great opportunity to network, account manager, and generate even more leads.
- Working with management, you will set sales targets, design compensation plans and recruit salespeople. You will also forecast sales pipelines, set budgets, improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes, and develop new market opportunities.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Manage, not just report, challenge convention and continuously improve the business.
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills suitable for a small team environment.
- Well-organised and able to respond to changing priorities.
- Willing to travel in the UK, the USA and Europe as required.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £70,000 basic salary.
- £100,000 OTE.
- 25 days holiday + public holidays.
- Pension.
- Hybrid working. Approximately one day per week/fortnight, this role is primarily office-based.
