Sales Manager, Thermal Transfer Ribbons, Nationwide role

Working hours: 40 hrs per week, 9 am 5 pm, Monday Friday.

Salary: Competitive depending on experience.

Reflex Systems, part of the Reflex Group, is seeking a Ribbon sales manager working from home or one of the Reflex 8 sites across the UK. The Reflex Group, established in 2002, is the largest privately-owned print and packaging company in the UK, known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, ethics, and low environmental impact.

Role:

Product Sales Manager The opportunity exists for an experienced sales manager selling Thermal Transfer ribbons across the whole UK to a range of industries from Food to Industrial, Agricultural to Pharmaceutical. The successful candidate will have good technical selling skills, be able to communicate from shop floor to Boardroom and work to targets. This WFH, on-the road-based role will encompass A determined attitude to winning consumable business An ability to develop successful relationships with a wide range of customers supplying and supporting our range of consumable print products. A technical understanding of the thermal transfer print process and it s applications (full training will be given) Requirements:

Experienced in the food industry ideally selling consumable products. Understanding of customer objectives. Strong attention to detail. Effective problem-solving abilities. Excellent organisational skills (written and verbal). Professional progression opportunities for the right candidate

The position demands the ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments, necessitating strong verbal communication skills.
