The aim of the role:
To drive GP growth and profitability in Experis IT by executing a sales strategy, booking in client meetings, pitching, presenting, and selling our services. Your targets will be based on winning large volume deals with businesses - mainly contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Target clients through lead generation - proactive and reactiveIncrease the number of Experis IT new customersAchieve minimum expected sales activates weekly and monthlyDevelop and implement new client pursuit plansEnsure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal proceduresWork closely and collaboratively with all parts of the sales and solutions functionManage all internal stakeholders throughout Experis ITAccountable for the commercial analysis and financial modelling for Experis IT opportunities
About you:
Proven experience of winning large volume contract deals in the IT sector is essential.IT sector knowledge - UK and globalExperience in pro-actively seeking opportunities for the team to attract and win new clients.Able to deliver against KPIs and deadlinesNetworking and sales 'opener'. Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisationPuts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting client's requirements and expectationsExperience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategiesArticulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
