Basic Salary GBP21,000 plus great commission

They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate would play a key role in further developing and growing the business and reaching its aspirations.

We are looking for a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results. The right person will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience of either lettings or property sales and be flexible to do both as part of the role.

The role requires you to have a full driving licence and your own car; and you must be able to work Saturdays. Applicants must be able to work in the UK without restrictions.

Duties you will be required to undertake:

Working professionally and proactively to meet targets in a busy and high energy environment. Proactively making sales & lettings calls to potential tenants/buyers and landlords/vendors. Handling enquiries over the telephone and in person from applicants, vendors, and potential landlords Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required Producing reports, brochures, promotional material Travelling to properties and conducting viewings with applicants Negotiating the sales or letting of a property over the phone, in person and by email Updating Expert Agent in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information. All admin tasks related to sales, lettings and office including monitoring of inboxes for new enquiries. Managing the office premises in a safe, secure, and responsible manner
