Our client is based in South Woodham Ferrers looking for a sales executive to join their busy team.
Job Role:
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies Researching prospects and generating leads Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and in person Handling customer questions, enquiries and complaints Preparing and sending quotes and proposals Managing the sales process through their specific software program Building and maintaining a CRM database Meeting monthly sales targets The Person:
The successful candidate can be a post graduate with relevant sales credentials or someone with previous sales experience. They are looking for someone who can grow with the business and is confident to drive sales growth.
Must have excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communicator Excellent phone and presentation skills Good negotiation and problem solving skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software program Working hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm
Salary will be based on experience. There is a commission structure in place, plus paid bonus on all new leads & accounts as well as quarterly bonuses for all sales reps.
