Cala Consulting are recruiting for a Sales Excutive, with proven experience of working in the glass industry, for their client based in Chester. Working with an organistion that is focused on investing in its people, technology and equipment this presents a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join an established organisation.

The company & the opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced, results driven Sales Executive to join their Team. This is an exciting opportunity, within a well-established, best in class company.

The role:

The Sales Executive role will consist of the following duties:

Services existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts. Reach out to customers and follow up leads. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Understand customer needs, preferences and challenges to effectively present suitable products and solutions. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Liaise with customer service and production teams. Articulate product information clearly to customers and address any inquires in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and progress towards targets. Review sales reports regularly and analyse data to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and market developments. Work closely with Credit Control to ensure on time payments. Experience required:
