A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying between 30,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Executive role will include but are not limited to:
Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing customersVisiting potential customers for new business.Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.Collecting information for potential new business from previous clients.Providing customs with quotations by making cost calculations.Negotiating and closing sales.Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on potential future buying trends.Working with the board of directors to identify new business and advising variations in price and delivery.Prepare and present progress reports on a monthly basis to the Directors and Management.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Experience within the logistics distribution and supply chain industry essential.Ocean & Air freight experience essential.Excellent customer service skills.Desire to exceed.Must have 5+ years employment history with no gaps.
