Sales Executive (Growth Strategist)

Basic GBP25k–30k OTE GBP40–50k+ but uncapped and you will also have incentives to add between GBP1000 and GBP2000 to your basic salary every quarter

Using your passion and initiative you will spread the good word of Workchain across the many companies still managing their temporary recruitment processes the same way they did 20 years ago.

Time to show them the future! You might be able to do the deal on the phone, maybe a face to face meeting is required, we'll leave that up to you to decide. Either way, we know if they trust us to manage their flexible recruitment, they won't regret it.

Cash

Each month you'll get to take home a good slice of your profits. Our commission system allows you to earn commission for the lifetime of a spending client. The longer you stay the bigger the list of clients you have to earn commission on. Manage the relationships and keep adding new business to your commission pot – it's really as simple as that! Our top earners can more than double their basic salary, enabling them to reach out and make those personal dreams a reality.
