They are currently recruiting a sales administrator to join their busy, friendly team.Your new roleYour new role as a sales administrator will be customer facing, via telephone and email, providing pricing quotes for products.You will:
Liaise with the customer in a timely manner Retrieve quotes based on previous data heldRecord all enquiries on a databaseQuote products ranging from GBP20– GBP20,000 Have good product knowledge to advise the customer What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience working with Microsoft packages and Sage50Willingness to learnSome knowledge of electricals including transformers. What you'll get in return
