Sales Coordinator
Salary 23,000 + annual bonus based on performance

Our longstanding client based close to Manningtree and Colchester are looking for a confident, detail-orientated, and personable Sales Coordinator to join their team to support sales activities and maintain and develop good customer relationships.
This is a dual role of customer service and scheduling orders for order fulfilment purposes.
The customer service element would include dealing with incoming enquiries, but also pursuing upselling opportunities with existing & prospective customers.
A desirable candidate would be someone that is confident in a Sales role, ideally with experience. In addition, someone that is organised, works efficiently and quickly and well under pressure.

Key duties:
Assisting with customer enquiries in relation to orders/quotes/deliveriesBuild relationships with a Field Sales Executive and assigned customersShare responsibility of group sales targets by providing quotes & pursuing upselling opportunitiesWork as part of a team on certain sales campaignsProcessing orders and checking them thoroughly for correct pricing and product codesCollaborating with other departments effectively to manage on-time deliveriesOrganising transportation of customer orders
