Particular Agency are looking for:

A Sales Consultant that will be one of our go-to people for creating, qualifying and closing opportunities created by the marketing and account management teams. They will also have an expectation to create opportunities independently - with an absolute focus on winning new business for Particular Agency.

In the last 12 months, we have:

Delivered a range of finished digital products and services to our clientele, from multi-functional, internationally-facing web platforms to complete brand redesigns and relaunches More than tripled our customer base, including a list of very exciting start-ups to look out for in the near future Grew our Particular team by 133% Re-positioned our offering and digital interface to enable the next phase of our growth Encouraged 35% of our customers to buy with us for a second or third time In the next 12 months,

We plan to:

Shift towards bigger, more strategic and relationship-based projects, and away from smaller more transactional work Complete the roll-out of our byParticular client offering, aimed at serving the most ambitious and quality-conscious individuals and businesses Realise or make heavy strides towards our ambition of winning an agency award for one of our clients marketing strategies or web developments To raise our average customer s lifetime value by 50% What we re looking for:

A minimum of 2 years experience working Previous experience in TeleSales or Acting and an outstanding knowledge of people Desire to develop a thorough understanding of business decision-making Fluent in CRM management, using tools like Hubspot or Salesforce Knowledge of Traditional and Digital Marketing is a plus & Genuine desire to consistently self-develop Who are you?

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, and conduct discovery calls and meetings to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Effectively present the company's products, services, and solutions, showcasing their value and benefits to the target audience. Provide personalized recommendations and tailored solutions to precisely address client requirements. Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, and develop the role of a trusted advisor, offering insights and expertise to guide clients towards success.

Sales Process Management: Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions, while also creating and delivering persuasive sales proposals and presentations. Engage in negotiations over terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the management team. Additionally, take responsibility for forecasting sales targets and regularly report on progress, ensuring that both challenges and opportunities are highlighted and addressed effectively.

Collaboration and Handover: Collaborate closely with the Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients, communicating client requirements, expectations, and goals to the relevant teams. Additionally, participate in regular meetings and provide insights from client interactions to enhance service delivery. Working location

Particular are based in London, with our headquarters in East London. We pride ourselves on flexibility (accommodating hours around 9am - 5pm and personal circumstances), we are a remote-first company, with most regular days worked from home with a laptop and mobile phone (but in-person presence at Woolwich Works, The Fireworks Factory, 11 No. 1 Street, London, SE18 6HD may be required on occasion during probation). This ensures new joiners get up to speed quickly and benefit from in person collaboration and social interactions.
