Job responsibilities:

Dealing with the public / corporate clients via the telephone and emailAnswer telephone calls and handle all e–mails, written and personal enquiries from customers relating to new / existing bookings & web–bookings.To work to set targets (quantity) and ensure customer care (quality)Maximise upsale opportunities by ensuring that clients are offered all upgrades and extras on every booking.Ensure clients are sent any relevant holiday documentation upon booking and explaining online check in and Manage my Booking. Job Requirements:

Experience within in sales roleExperience within the Travel IndustryExperience working towards targetsKnowledge of both long–haul & short–haul destinationsA high standard of verbal and written communication skillsA professional and friendly manner. Approachable to both colleagues and customers Package:This is a Monday – Friday position (with the occasional Saturday) A salary of GBP21,000 – GBP23,000 (dependent on experience) plus excellent commission and travel incentives
