The day-to-day management of tenants, which will include qualifying applicants for properties, generating viewings and obtaining lets on propertiesConducting viewings with prospective purchasers and tenants and following up on feedback from theseMaintaining records on our internal databaseIncreasing growth of the lettings businessNegotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants What we are looking for in you?

Previous experience in a residential sales or lettings positionProfessional with great customer serviceConfident and able to quickly build rapportDriving licence (Required) Salary: Basic - GBP20,000-GBP25,000K, OTE - GBP35,000-GBP45,000 + Car Allowance Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00 am-6.30 pm, Friday - 9.00 am-6.00 pm, Saturday - 9.30 am-5.00 pm - Every Other Saturday.If you are interested in the role - please contact KIERAN MORSON for more information - .
