Full time Sales & Lettings Administrator based in Cannock Basic salary – GBP22,000

As a sales and Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and lettings teams. This is a dynamic person that requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Administrative support: Assist in the preparation of sales and lettings documents and maintain accurate and up to date client recordsCommunication: Liase with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and handle incoming enquiries via phone, e mail an in personMarketing Assistance: Support Marketing initiatives, including the creation of property listings and promotional materials and attend property viewingsDatabase management: Update and manage the property database, ensuring information is correct and accurateTeam collaboration: Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to ensure efficient and effective operations and collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless customer service Qualifications and experience required for the role include:
