Due to growth, we are delighted to bring to market a permanent Sales Advisor to join their Edinburgh store.
Located in an ideal spot, that sees them receive a high volume of passing trade and customers coming in to see their high quality products that they offer.
We are looking to speak with those who take pride in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, you will be able to strike up conversations and communicate with customers face to face, over the telephone and also via email.
You will be listening to your customers needs and matching products accordingly while giving out advice to them on what you feel would suit, along with answering any questions they have in a professional manner.
What will you be doing?
Dealing with customers you will also be involved in live web chat's, email inbox enquiries along with answering telephone calls You will be working in a small team, where everyone gives 100% daily in ensuring customers are happy and by this, this is what has made our client successful in building up a stellar industry reputation that has resulted in repeat business in all the years they have been trading Understanding our clients products and listening to customers to understand their needs Working in a small hands on team Our client is offering a starting salary of GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 with uncapped commission, the average earnings in your first year could be around GBP40,000 however it is up to you to drive to achieve more, and the commission will follow.
Hours are Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5.30pm, working 5 days out of 6 however if you are not available every Saturday we can be flexible for the right individual.
