Sales Advisor

Our client is based in the heart of the City of Edinburgh, and they're currently looking for ambitious sales people to join their team. The role itself offers a great opportunity to build your own desk and start earning commission straight away! All that is required to be successful is a strong work ethic and personality!

Our client is an esteemed solution provider to the general public. The role requires you to reach out to any eligible person who could utilise their services. You will be offering a tax rebate service that allows potential clients to earn back hard earned capital that has been paid out over the tax year.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Outreach to potential clients (via outbound calling, email, referrals, etc)

- Business 2 Consumer Sales

- Keep the CRM up-to-date and accurate

- Data administration (Microsoft Excel)

- Manage a fully autonomous sales desk

- Expected to build effective relationships with clients and fellow employees

- Exceptional levels of customer service

Experience and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year in an outbound sales environment (essential)

- Has been in a similar sales role over the last 4 years (essential)

- Experience using CRM software (essential)

- A full clean drivers license (desirable)

- No formal education requirements

- Strong sales acumen (essential)

Benefits and Salary

- 22,000 - 26,000 base salary (dependant on experience)

- Uncapped commission system

- Flexible working pattern (upon discretion from manager)
