They are looking for someone with a positive and proactive approach to their work and someone who is looking for a varied but enjoyable role on a day-to-day basis.
Role & Responsibilities:
Getting project specification from customersSpeaking with customers - UK based and InternationalPrepare and maintain customer accounts, containing all aspects of prices codes and contacts.Use customer contact tools and systems and update relevant information held in these systems.Create, record, analyse, data input, report, process and administer information according to systems and requirements for customers and third parties.Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)Experience with CRM systems advantageousExperienced in preparing quotes (advantageous)Friendly and positive appearance with the target to develop good relationships with customersYou are a team-player and a confident communicator with a solid and responsible attitudeMulti-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasksThis vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel, who are acting as an employment business agency (permanent).
