As Sales Administrator you will be joining a small, dedicated and supportive team who work together collaboratively. The role is full time, permanent and based on site in Banbury offering a competitive salary and great benefits.
Purpose of the role:
To provide high levels of customer service and administration providing a link between customers and the internal teams to ensure on time delivery of product. Supporting internal teams using a proactive approach to help drive the business.
Key Accountabilities for the Sales Administrator:
Providing quotes from technical drawings, with multiple products, working with pricing and marginsSales order processing, communicating delivery times to customers Promoting products through building order building with customersLiaising with internal teams and distributors on a daily basisProviding sales support to the internal and external teamsResponding to customer queries in a timely mannerCommunicating with customer, providing order updatesSetting up accounts and amending customer recordsHandling any customer complaints to a positive conclusionProviding high levels of customer careAttending exhibitions, meetings and training sessions
Key Skills Required for the Sales Administrator:
Sales order processing experienceHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailSolid IT skills including MS office, in particular excelExperience of an ERP system, such as SAP, is an advantageExperience of working in a fast-paced role working on multiple tasks simultaneouslyConfident communication skillsExcellent customer service skills, including conflict resolutionOrganised administration skills, ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesAdaptable in a changing environment
