Description

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a well regarded, family run manufacturing business based in Corby. Having enjoyed continued growth within their sector for well over 25 years, they've establishing a solid reputation as one of the leaders in their field in the UK, working closely with many well–known, recognisable brands, so it represents a great time to be joining a stable, growing business.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be joining a small but vital team within the business, helping to coordinate and service new and existing customer accounts so will be involved in a wide variety of tasks such as helping customers with orders, providing pricing/delivery information, whilst liaising with the production team to ensure the customers expectations are met. A flexible approach to tasks, a high attention to detail and working well as part of a team is therefore essential.

Some key responsibilities would be

Managing customer accountsDealing with customer queries via telephone, email and other channelsLiaising with the internal production team re capacity, product lead times, etcLiaising with external suppliersSupporting the processing of orders/raising invoices within the wider team as requiredProviding administrative support to the Sales Manager during the completion of RFQ's / TendersCustomer meetings/site visits/press passes You will be able to demonstrate

A positive approach to customer services, with a good telephone manner and desire to take ownership of tasksOpen and clear communication at all levels throughout the business and with customers.High attention to detailComfortable working both alone and part of a wider teamConfidence working to tight deadlinesPrevious experience of generating pricing / quotesConfidence using typical MS Products, particularly Outlook, Excel and ideally Dynamics The hours of work are based around 8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.

In return you will be offered a basic salary paying up to GBP25,000.00 per annum depending on experience, 33 days a year holiday, alongside a variety of other benefits such as health cash plan, continued service recognition and more!
