Job Role: Sales AdministratorStarting Salary: GBP24,000 – GBP26,000Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch and 2x 10 minute paid breaks.Location: Leicester (LE5)28 days holiday + bank/public holidaysCompany pension, free onsite parking, health insurance, retirement plan and opportunities for career growth and developmentThe CompanyMy Leicester based client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the team and customers, managing repairs orders and inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and activities.My client has a great reputation, is backed by some of the leading brands in their industry and presents an opportunity to work with some highly skilled, highly experienced engineers.Job Role:Your key responsibilities as an Administrator, which are not exhaustive and not limited to include: Process and manage orders and inquiries from customers.Coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.Communicate with customers to provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve any issues.Provide support to the team by preparing and maintaining reports and customer records.Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and promotional activities.Keep up–to–date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Key Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in administration or customer service, preferably in engineering or electrical related industry.Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and work in a fast–paced environment.Knowledge of engineering and electrical related products is a plus.
