My client, based in an exciting and modern industry, are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis, meaning that the role could be permanent for the right candidate in as little as 12 weeks!
This role would suit someone with Sales Administration experience, who is comfortable with processing orders and liasing closely with a sales team to ensure the best results. Key responsibilities can be found below:
Raising new sales orders, checking stock availability, and seeing orders through to dispatch from the warehouse.
Following up on order queries.
Logging customer issues.
Setting up new parts.
Support with certain reports across different customers
Regular communication with internal teams including operations and the procurement team to resolve any potential stock or delivery issues.
Orderbook management.
Processing sales quotes is a large element of this role so someone with this experience would be preferred.
