Our client is privately owned company established 11 years.
They supply Wholesale , Retail, Garden Centres and Supermarkets with their bespoke products.
Currently employing a small team of 13 people expanding to 17 for 2024.
Located in three locations in the North West, this position is based at their Head office in Burscough
Sales Administrator Role Summary
The successful candidate will be initially trained by other members.
The Sales Administrator duties will include:
Customer sales order processing Invoicing dispatched orders Customer confirmations Arranging deliveries Credit notes Epos management to customers Preparing Export documentation Management of order book Producing stock reports Month end reconciliation Tendering freight quotations Customer interaction by telephone and e-mail Filing of documents Using customer own portals for booking deliveries Personal Attributes Required for the role of Sales Administrator
Sage 50 ( or similar ) experience essential Excel experience essential Word experience High level of numeracy is required Experience of working in a similar role is required Ability to communicate at all levels Attention to detail is an absolute essential Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative UK Driving licence essential Excellent customer interaction We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
