My Willenhall based client is looking for a Sales Administrator on a full time permanent basis.
Duties:
Taking orders by telephone, email and the company website Processing orders from start to finish Entering orders onto the in-house CRM system Tracking order progress and liaising with prospective clients to ensure they are kept up to date with their order Answering and redirecting incoming calls Supporting external staff and responding to any queries Being responsible for any returned orders, ensure they are inputted onto the system and follow through to maintain customer satisfaction Maintain customer records Ability to communicate with other departments to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner Liaising with the procurement and finance department where necessary Ensure all orders are dispatched by the daily deadline Key Skills:
Experience in a similar role previously would be advantageous Fully conversant in Microsoft Office and able to pick up systems quickly Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of CRM software preferred If you are a motivated individual with strong sales administrative skills, we encourage you to apply.
