THE ROLE
As a Sales Administrator you ll be responsible for:
Managing the sales enquiry line/email inbox and dealing with enquiries in a professional and timely manner Logging projects onto sales database and generating enquiries for projects from contractors Maintaining regular contact with contractors to obtain up to date information on projects Entering project details onto the Quotation Tracking System (QTS) Creating electronic quote files Conducting market research, using tools like Barbour ABI, for additional bidder and job details Sending acknowledgement emails to tenderers with anticipated quote return date Contacting tenderers to clarify information Supporting sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets, etc Compiling account and competitor analysis Producing reports including but not limited to: Monthly intake and margin analysis Enquiries produced per person Response time reports (quotes submitted early/on time/late) Sales intake and output forecasts Consumer rating
