Summary:
Handling and processing customer inquiries, quotations, sales orders and invoices. Providing essential support to ensure the sales office operates efficiently and effectively, managing customer expectations, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring professionalism and accuracy Efficiently manage email inboxes to maintain excellent customer service levels Support the development of relationships with new and existing customers, maximising business opportunities Assist in preparing accurate quotations and sales orders within agreed deadlines Communicate technical information and advice to customers as required Ensure data entry and office administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely Support sales team by conducting follow up calls and managing specific technical inquiries Liaise with other departments, including finance and technical teams, as necessary Provide cover and support for the sales office staff as required Needed:
Preferably experience in a sales, technical or engineering environment with a focus on customer service Excellent communication skills Computer literacy ideally with ERP experience Strong attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team and on your own Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment A can do attitude Good time management
