Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Sales Administrator you will be required to support the back-office function for the sales department within the business, providing a high level of customer service and administrative support in a busy and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have some level of customer service experience, be it from a Retail / Hospitality background or experience of working in an office environment in either Customer Service or Administration, where you have become used to liaising with colleagues, clients and third parties over the phone whilst completing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide full administration and back-office support to the Sales team, including processing documentation, responding to client calls and emails, updating internal systems and databases whilst building relationships with third party suppliers and customers
- Liaising regularly with multiple internal teams within the business
- Managing internal databases and systems
- Be the first point of contact for members of the Sales team for any questions or queries relating to sales
- Reviewing applications and uploading information onto portals and internal systems
Key Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration-related role in an office environment
- Used to speaking with colleagues, clients and third parties both over the phone and via email, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
- Confident building and maintaining relationships with teams in the business along with external partners
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment maintaining accuracy at all times
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Confident telephone manner
