The time has come to sell the old Saab, much as I don’t really want to it just isn’t being used and it deserves a new home..
I’ve recently put a massive amount of time (and money) into sorting all the little niggles with this car and it’s in great condition.. Almost completely rust free. (I say almost because it is a 33 year old vehicle and there is the odd blemish and imperfection but it’s very clean and structurally absolutely solid)
It had a wee bump damaging the bonnet and wing a few years ago which have been repaired and resprayed at a local bodyshop. It’s also had a brand new headliner and board fitted. Just had a full service less than 10 miles ago, top quality oil, plugs and k&n filters, fuel filter
Bad bits- the headlight windscreen wipers are missing. It never really bothered me but you can get new ones on eBay easily enough.
The fuel light is permanently on, shouldn’t be a difficult fix, I’ll try and do so before it sells. There is a small ding on the rear bumper which has chipped the paint slightly (see pic) General paint imperfections here and there but nothing significant.
It was dry stored and SORNED for the last couple of years due to lack of use, I just MOT’d it and it passed with no advisories. The garage commented it was the cleanest one of these they’d seen.
Everything works as it should, runs lovely, plenty of power, starts first time.. Comes with a kenwood CD Player/ Radio.
An opportunity for someone to own a lovely example of one of these rare vehicles. As you probably know they’re only appreciating in value.
Test drives only if you have appropriate insurance or else I’ll drive.
Sensible offers considered.
Thanks for looking
