This is only the Russell Hobbs 14568 Mini Food Processor working Motor in the Housing unit. The motor works and the whirr of the motor is heard BUT IT DOES NOT TURN THE PLASTIC COG WHEELS inside which contact with the blade mechanism to make the blade rotate. The two plastic cogwheels which spin the blade are worn and NEED TO BE REPLACED.

This could be easily repaired by someone with access to the required cogwheels and basic knowledge in opening and closing an item. Alternatively, IF YOU HAVE THE SIMILAR MODEL WHICH HAS A BURNT OUT MOTOR, YOU COULD REPLACE THE COGWHEELS IN THIS ONE WITH THE COGWHEELS OF YOUR BURNT OUT ONE AND HAVE A WORKING UNIT ONCE AGAIN.
