You will work closely with the Director to grow and develop your region whilst having support from your colleagues in other regions. This is a close knit team who are passionate about feeding cows.

You will:
• Manage and grow existing sales and develop new sales opportunities in the territory
• Maintain and grow target margins/profitability
• Undertake a high level of farm and customer visits to achieve business growth requirements
• Have an ever- learning mindset and desire to grow personally and professionally
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
