I’ve owned this beautiful and reliable Rover Mini Flame since 2013. I’ve completely rebuilt and refurbished the engine in 2016, kept in a garage or under a cover always, used as main vehicle from 2013 to 2020 and kept in a nice garage run and maintained regularly since then.

The subframe and body work is in very good condition. There is a need to cut out the sills and floor to replace as has had too many patches over the years - this is the reason for MOT failure. Apart from that, the engine is in fabulous condition and runs really well. A perfect casual winter project for some guaranteed spring excitement!

The brakes and clutch have been replaced and have many miles left. It’s got a few minor bumps from parking mishaps but barely visible and easy to repair. It’s an 1275cc engine (original was 998cc), with High lift Rockers, 1.75 SU HIF6/HIF44 Rebuilt Carburettor (standard is 1.25 I believe), Mini play straight through exhaust, Electronic ignition, Front Disc brakes and Spring suspension with shock absorbers. This boy really moves and is a complete joy!

Lovely interior with varnish wood vaneer steering wheel and dash, Cobra black faux leather seats and interior trim.

Selling as I don’t have the space or time to restore and my dad no longer wants it in his garage… :(
