Great Xmas gift.

Rosewood wooden dolls house with several levels, garage, furniture including:

- piano and stool with parts that open and music

- toilet with flush sound

- beds and chairs

- much more- all bits shown in the pictures are included.

Excellent condition- we have now dismantled this and put back in the original box. Very easy to assemble following the online instructions (via an app shown on the box).

It is about 5ft tall and 4.5ft wide once assembled. Let me know if you need any other details. Box is quite heavy as this is made from wood but we can help to load it into a car.

Lovely dolls house- sadly outgrown. Reluctant sale.

Having dismantled I can confirm the only parts not as new are:

- some of plastic white parts slightly discoloured from the sunlight

- a scratch on the panel near the roof (can't see it once it is assembled)

- one of the green plastic roof parts has a holding clip that broke while dismantling- doesn't affect the construction
