Our fully isolated studio is built for comfort, with ample seating, wood panelled floors and mood lighting. Adjacent to the studio there is a lounge room equipped with games consoles, perfect for taking a break and unwinding during a long session or for writing lyrics at a desk.

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking at Root 73 Studio. This deposit will be deducted from the full amount due upon completion of the services.

This deposit is refundable ONLY WHEN A SESSION IS CANCELLED WITH 24 HOURS NOTICE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
