My name is Lee I hope you are well.

I am looking for a room in a shared house due to my landlord of ten years wanting to sell the house. Having struggled to find somewhere, I am now living out of my parents house outside of London. However, my job is in London and need to be there.

My preferred areas are:

• East London (Hackney, Walthamstow, Shoreditch, Dalston, Leyton, Docklands)

• South East London (Lewisham, Catford, New Cross, Camberwell)

I do full time agency work in a local authority and have been doing this all over the country for the last twenty years. I am in a position to potentially move before Christmas but I don't drive and viewing may need to arranged in advance. I have been working from home but this I am aware most places now wouldn't want people to do this. I do have alternatives but need space to work from time to time as I do work in my spare time.

I am honest, clean, and respectful of people's space and good at look after myself. Rent is always on time.
