Hi im looking at renting out a large double room 600 pcm and a smaller double room for 550 pcm, The double rooms have bedside draws and a chest of draws also a built in cupboard which is used as the wardrobe, also a tv, I'm a live in landlord at the moment but not there much, the property has a large back garden and a driveway, im looking for someone that works full time and preferably don't smoke and no pets

All bills included I don't have WiFi at the moment but will do soon.

Shared bathroom ect.

Couples may be considered for the larger room at an extra cost.

The smaller double will be for single occupancy only.
