Double sized bedroom with single bed is available to rent to a single non smoking working professional. The room is in a quiet flat located close to amenities off Mawney Road Romford Essex. The ideal candidate would need to provide 1 month rent in advance plus a security deposit in advance. Photo ID, proof of employment and references are essential. We can have a written agreement. Off road private gated parking may be available and WI-FI. New carpets/high end fridge freezer and air fryer are provided. Cleanliness is also a must.

Bills to be discussed & agreed & extra or £750 inclusive for everything.

If occasional user of room then rent could be reduced to £700

The owner is a friendly reliable person and expects the same in return. Most of the time the flat will just have the tenant in. The owner or his kids visit weekly to sort through books.
