We have a room for rent in our lovely house based in Southville.

I share the property with my friend and we have lived together for a few years and we are both in our late 30's. We work full time and enjoy our own space as well as being social. The house has plenty of space so you won't feel like your under one another's feet. The house consists of a sitting room dining room kitchen 2 bathrooms and a large back garden with storage space.
