RockBox is a fitness class with a difference.

An interval based class that switches between non contact boxing/combat tracks to all over body toning using drumsticks.

All with a rocking soundtrack featuring some of the best rock and metal songs from past and present.

So grab your air guitars and fellow rockers..I'll provide the drumsticks.

Wednesdays - Starting 2nd February 2022

At Endon Village Hall 7pm-7.45pm

£5 per class which includes the hire of drumsticks.

Booking is essential to secure a place, unfortunately no walk ins.
