My story
Meet Robert, a 2 year old Shepherd mix. Robert is a misunderstood boy, he was brought in to us from the city of Wapato for being a bit of a trouble maker. But while here at the shelter he has been such a sweet submissive boy, and really enjoys getting loved on, but oh don't stop! He will not be embarrassed when he puts his paw on you and asks for more. We do require this guy to have a fully fenced yard, as well as a meet and greet with your other dogs before you decide to take him home. This pet is available for adoption on 2/8/2024 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
If you recognize this animal please contact the adoption center at .If you are interested in adopting this pet please fill out an adoption questionnaire at A Yakima Humane Society staff member will contact you once your questionnaire has been processed. Adopters are welcome to visit the adoption center Monday-Saturday. A Picture says 1000 words...right? While an animal's picture draws interest, the reality is that as a potential adopter most people would like as much information as possible about a pet. The Yakima Humane Society is an open admission shelter. What does this mean? Over 90% of the pets at the adoption center arrive as strays, no history of behavior or medical care is known. Adding a pet to your family is a big responsibility. Please research carefully and remember that adoption is life saving. Adopt Don't Shop.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Robert, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
