We are on the recruiting for a Risk and Compliance Executive to join our Legal client based in Nottingham. Working alongside the Risk and Compliance teamCompliance team as well as central team, you will work collaboratively manage the claims and complaints database.

To be considered for the Risk and Compliance Executive, you ll require the following essentials:

Ideally hold a law or similar degreeWorking experiencing in a SRA regulated firm or similarStrong knowledge of SRA Code of Conduct as well as the Monday Laundering Regulatiosn 2017Demonstrate knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018Strong team player but also able to work independentlyAbility to cope with high volumes of information, often in short periods of timeCompetent with complete MS office suite, including Office365, Word and Excel Reporting to the Compliance Director, you ll also be:

Acting as the key point of support for the company in providing accurate, balanced and risk based specialist legal, regulatory risk or complianceadvice to legal firms.Ensuring data protection policies, procedures & processes are up to date and relevant for the companyFile auditing and ensure that all policies and procedures are inline with regulatory requirements.Analysing of risk and compliance date/ audit files whilst identifying risk areas and providing a suitable resolutionAssisting and monitoring the firms P11 renewal applicationsHold a good attention to detail as you will be responsible for the proof reading of vital documents. Salary & Working Hours

Salary is GBP35 000 per annum DOE

Working hours are Monday Friday 8.30am 4.30pm.
