Being a new, business wide role, set within a new functional structure, this role will require the candidate to regularly travel to Head Office and across our operations network and stores. Your key risk responsibilities will include:

Developing, implementing and managing a systematic and disciplined appropriate risk management approach, ensuring principal risks are identified, owned, mitigated and monitored. Scanning the internal and external environment, helping improve the business to identify emerging risks, facilitating discussions that help align risk exposure to risk appetite. Responsible for coordinating with all business units their respective Business Continuity and crisis management approaches, ensuring plans are up to date, have been tested and colleagues trained.
