Key Responsibilities:
Champion the implementation and embedding of the risk management framework across the business.Collaborate closely with Line 1 during Risk & Control Self-Assessments and Thematic Reviews.Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing insights, advice, and constructive challenge.Support and advise on the identification and management of regulatory compliance risks.Contribute to establishing an effective Risk and Compliance Culture within the company.Provide regulatory compliance advice and support for key strategic projects.May involve responsibilities related to Controlled Functions.Uphold professional and positive conduct aligned with the competencies expected for the role. About You:
Showcase a solid understanding of the risk drivers in the relevant industry, backed by relevant experience.Demonstrate adept knowledge of risk management practices within the financial services sector.Leverage familiarity with the markets and knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation.Highlight experience in operating in a multi-jurisdictional environment.Showcase a background in undertaking compliance assurance reviews.Illustrate experience in monitoring regulatory change from identification to implementation.Emphasize understanding of market knowledge and regulations/legislation.Present a track record in a business undergoing continuous upgrading, change, and growth.Exhibit proven ability to deliver timely, credible subject matter expertise.Showcase skills in effective communication, professional skepticism, due care, report writing, data analysis, and training colleagues.
