Role Overview: As a Reward Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough job evaluation and analyses of compensation and benefits.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure fairness and equity in reward programs.Providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making regarding employee compensation.Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative reward solutions.About you:
