The company are based near Colchester and specialise in interior design, space planning, surveying, branding and concept design. Working from a client briefs you will work on your own or within a small team on both large and small projects for some of the best known brands in the UK.

What will the job entail:

Working within a team of Revit Technicians on Large and Small projects Working from 3D scans and client specificationsUtilise Revit software to produce existing and proposed 3D models Producing survey drawings, detailed design and construction drawings to a high standard within tight deadlines. Supporting the rest of the architectural and design teams Solve technical problems and advise the team on technical issues

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in job running, technical detailing, construction detailing in Revit is preferred . Experience using Revit is essentialAbility to create Revit families preferred Experience of working on Large BIM Level 2 projects would be desirable. Experience in modelling from PointClouds Personable with good communication skills and a high level of spoken and written English Able to work on initiative with a consultative approach Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Must have own transport
