Duties we will expect shop Manager to perform are as under:

• Organize shop operations and allocate responsibilities

• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance

• Prepare and control budget aiming minimum costs and efficiency

• Monitor stock levels, purchase and ensure they are within budget

• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the shop reputation

• Keep abreast of market trends and make improvement in shop

• Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

• Ensure the shop fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

• Inspect the areas in the shop and resolve any issues that may arise

Skills Required for this position

• Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position

• Knowledge of retail management best practices

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Excellent organizing and leadership skills

• Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field experience
