JOB OPPORTUNITY: RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Are you passionate about retail operations and driving sales? Our client is seeking two experienced Store Manager's to oversee the day-to-day activities of their BRAND NEW retail stores opening up in 2024 in North London. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing inventory, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the store's daily operations with a focus on customer-centric sales strategies.Demonstrate expertise in retail operational activities to effectively manage the shop floor.Manage and meet sales targets while overseeing the business's day-to-day functions.Direct and guide employees in customer service, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing and visual merchandising.Delegate responsibilities to the appropriate staff members for seamless store operations.Conduct recruitment and on-boarding processes for new team members.Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and relevant legislation.Monitor and control inventory levels within the store.IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Essential experience in a Store Manager role, within a fast pace, high footfall, high volume environment.3-5 years of comprehensive experience in retail and retail management.Proven ability to train employees effectively and excel in sales.Exceptional customer service, store management, and communication skills.A people-oriented individual who fosters a vibrant workplace for staff and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.This is a great opportunity to join a brand who have seen significant growth in 2023 and still have big plans in place for 2024!
