Responsibilities:

Aspart of the UK Retail Management team, the Retail Sales Manager will need toeffectively manage the day to day running of our Aberdeen store and manage theRetail Sales Team. You will be accountable for achieving and exceeding daily,monthly and annual sales targets alongside identifying sales opportunities.

Youwill be dynamic and motivated with a strong drive and passion for sales. Youwill be constantly working to achieve and exceed sales targets. Helping todevelop local business leads and relationships in order to produce sales, willbe a core focus of this role.

Youare accountable for the end to end in-store Customer buying experience. Youwill work with the Retail Management Team to ensure the full operations worksseamlessly.

Youwill lead a team of sales ambassadors for Powerhouse Fitness. You will ensurethe team are sufficiently trained and confident to provide a first classCustomer and strong sales experience.

Requirements:

Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Experience of managing and training a sales team

Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
