Our Global Fashion client is looking to recruit a Business Analyst -

Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data, in a proactive manner, to provide the EMEA sales teams with up to date and relevant information.

Analyse sales and performance data and translate results into weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Consolidate forecasts from EMEA sales teams. Launch new products on their B2B platform for the EMEA sales teams, working closely with Product and IT teams and working to deadlines. Ensure that segmentation levels and relevant information on B2B systems is accurate. Deliver ad-hoc analysis on the business to key stakeholders, including but not limited to, category, licence, and silhouette analysis. Generate PowerPoint presentations for relevant topline meetings. Manage the Sales Intern, supporting their development and assisting with their B2C/clearance project. Provide full administrative support to senior sales management. Coordinate communication between sales management and regional sales teams across all areas of sales e.g. Targeting, Forecasting, Incentives, Inventory Management. Be the Head Office contact point for Sales Department queries and communications.

Please note this is a full-time role based in our Milton Keynes office with one day working from home.

Knowledge and Experience

Microsoft Office Excel (advanced level) Microsoft Office PowerPoint Ability to co-ordinate and manage data analysis requests of varying size and scope Ability to capture and document sales data Sales or Retail environment experience desirable Some knowledge of an ERP system (SAP) would be preferable An interest in the Fashion/Retail industry would be an advantage but not essential
